Certification Requirements
* RN or LPN License – Massachusetts (Required)
* BLS Certification – (Required)
Skill Requirements
* Licensed to practice as an RN or LPN in MA
* Ability to assess resident needs and monitor conditions
* Skilled in developing and implementing individualized care plans
* Supervision of CNAs and other personnel in direct care
* Passionate about improving the lives of others
* Understanding of state and federal healthcare regulations
* Prior experience in long-term care or post-acute settings preferred
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct routine assessments and communicate any changes in condition
* Oversee care delivery and provide supervision during night shifts
* Administer medications and treatments accurately per physician orders
* Maintain clear and timely documentation of care
* Ensure compliance with facility standards and applicable regulations
* Collaborate with the care team to develop and update resident care plans
* Support and direct CNAs during care activities
