Job DescriptionWe have an exciting and new opportunity for a Payroll manager to join our busy and friendly payroll function in Milton Keynes.The ideal candidate will have extensive payroll experience (ideally CIPP qualified) with experience of working in a busy and large organisation.Your responsibilities will include:
1. Manage the end to end processing of the payrolls
2. Manage Payroll team, lead, motivate and coach
3. HMRC reconciliation and payment over
4. FPS & EPS submission and reconciliation
5. Pension management
6. Monthly pension reconciliations and submitting contribution files to pension scheme providers.
7. Ensuring adherence to GDPR and any breaches are escalated accordingly.
8. Production and circulation of system reports and analytics within the agreed timeframes.
9. Maintaining payroll procedures and implementing process change.
10. Ensure high levels of confidentiality and integrity are always maintained. Develop and maintain strong partnerships with all stakeholders to provide an efficient payroll service to the business.
