Our three-year Business Operations Graduate Programme is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and talented individual to build a successful and rewarding career in the spirits industry. You’ll collaborate with some world class industry leaders and will help develop our global core brands such as Glenfiddich, Hendricks, and Famous Grouse.

The programme is open to graduates with specialisms in data analytics, supply chain and logistics, business management, and finance management.

Main Responsibility

Our programme is designed to build on the knowledge and skills you’ve gained at university, immersing you in the dynamic world of spirits production through hands-on experience and impactful projects.

Over three years, you’ll undertake three one-year placements across our UK and Ireland sites, each offering distinct responsibilities and opportunities to grow into a future leader of our business.

1. A comprehensive induction to set you on the right course.
2. A structured three-year programme, divided into three one-year placements, providing a holistic view of our organisation.
3. Involvement in a variety of key business projects across our range of UK and Ireland locations
4. Direct access to senior management and industry leaders

6. Support from team leaders, recent graduates already on the programme and mentors.
