Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Service Engineer, based in Bredbury. The Service Engineer will handle the installation, maintenance, and repair of automated gates and barriers at various client locations. Additional responsibilities include troubleshooting technical issues, performing field service visits, and providing technical support to ensure the smooth operation of equipment. The candidate will also work closely with customers to deliver excellent service and solutions.
Qualifications
* Proficiency in Troubleshooting and problem-solving technical issues
* Experience in Field Service and Maintenance & Repair of automated systems
* Strong Communication skills and the ability to deliver excellent customer service
* Expertise in providing Technical Support and system diagnostics
* Ability to work independently and manage tasks on-site
* Proactive and detail-oriented approach to tasks
* Experience with automated gate systems is a plus
* A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to client locations
