JOB TITLE: Training Administrator JOB LOCATION: Belfast TERMS: Part time - Permanent THE JOB This is an opportunity for someone who would like to work within a dynamic and exciting organisation. This role requires an individual with excellent verbal and written communication skills, exceptional organisati on al skills and the ability to work as a key part of a very busy team. You will ensur e our documentation is up to date, accurate and legally compliant. WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING? Source, book and coordinate training requested by a range of departments with external suppliers. Identify external training suppliers Assist the HSEQ & other departments with the organisation of mandatory training (book training rooms, set up training venues, arrange suitable travel for candidates, co-ordinate diaries, send training reminders) Support the Talent & Development team with training admin tasks. Act as administrator for the Learning Management System (LMS) including enrolling new employees on the system, uploading certificates, reviewing reminders, ensuring mandatory training renewals dates are actioned, etc. Ensure training certification is appropriately stored internally and send training certificates to employees. WHAT WILL YOU BRING? Essential You should have experience in an administrative background and consistently produce high quality work with a key focus on accuracy and attention to detail. Excellent people skills and emotional intelligence. Previous experience working in a busy team. Highly organised, able to manage a varied workload with competing demands. Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications. You are a flexible and adaptable person able to work with other teams. Desirable Previous experience in H&S and/or construction industry training administration Previous experience working with a Learning Management System (LMS). IS FIBRUS FOR ME?
