You will provide a broad range of bid support, learning about a wide range of sectors (including healthcare, facilities management, construction and utilities to name a few), supporting our clients to secure new business. You will also receive a range of training and support to enable quick progression. This will include attending our CPD certified Bid Training course and undertaking your accreditation with the Association for Proposal Management Professionals, our industry body. We promote internally and with the support of a mentoring programme, you will quickly develop your project management, writing and wider professional skills. You will be part of a welcoming Bid Team (one of the UK’s largest) comprising our Head of Bids, Bid Manager, Senior Bid Writers, Bid Writers and peers at Graduate level. This team is based in our Bolton Head Office but with a blend of hybrid and remote workers. You will be required to work flexibly. At its core, bid coordination and administration is a vital function for any business and working with a core client base, you will be core to their work winning. You will help them identify and select opportunities, manage the submission process and continuously improve their bidding. Specific responsibilities will include: Taking full ownership of the tender’s end-to-end process.
