Quality controller

Our client, a well-established production business near Spalding, is looking for a Quality Controller (QC) to join their busy team on an ongoing temporary or temp-to-perm basis.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in quality assurance or control within a factory or production line environment, looking for stable, long-term work.

?? Key Responsibilities:
* Carrying out quality checks on intake or production line

* Monitoring product standards and ensuring compliance

* Working closely with the production team to resolve any issues

* Accurate record-keeping and reporting

?? Working Hours:
* 40 hours per week

* Either Tuesday to Saturday or Sunday to Thursday, 08:00 17:00

* Some flexibility may be offered for the right candidate

* Occasional overtime available

? What Were Looking For:
1. Previous experience as a QA or QC operative, ideally in food or FMCG

2. Good level of written and verbal English

3. Strong attention to detail

4. Experience using Navision is an advantage but not essential
