The team prides itself on fostering children’s physical, emotional, social, and intellectual development, ensuring they are well-prepared for their exciting transition to primary school.
We are currently seeking a Room Leader to join the toddler room. This is a long-term role with the opportunity to go permanent for the right candidate. The Room Leader will work closely with the Nursery Manager to plan and deliver a programme of engaging, age-appropriate activities, underpinned by a strong understanding of the EYFS curriculum. You will also be responsible for observations, developmental checks, and keeping each child’s learning plan up to date.
The successful Room Leader will have:
* Level 3 Early Years or equivalent qualification (essential)
* Minimum 1 year’s nursery or room-leading experience
* Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework
* Reliability, adaptability, and a proactive mindset
