This is a brilliant opportunity to join a busy Agriculture operation in a broad, generalist HR role supporting managers and teams in a fast-moving environment. Based mainly at head office in Anwick, with occasional travel to other sites, this role offers the right balance of office-based HR responsibility and operational exposure.
Youll be joining a small, supportive HR team and working closely with managers on everything from employee relations and performance through to engagement, absence, change, and continuous improvement.

What youll be doing
1. Providing day-to-day HR support across the Agriculture function
2. Coaching managers on employee relations, performance, absence, and people matters
3. Managing and advising on ER cases including disciplinary, grievance, investigation, absence, and capability
4. Supporting workforce planning, organisational change, and continuous improvement activity
5. Delivering HR processes accurately and efficiently in a busy operational setting
