We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join our Business & Systems Analysis Team within the IT Portfolio. This position involves working on a variety of strategic projects, including CRM, ServiceNow, Windows 10 upgrades, and the Student App.
As a Senior Business Analyst, you will ensure that key business goals are understood and documented, working with colleagues to deliver quality solutions that meet business requirements. You will participate in, lead, and contribute to meetings, and provide support and training to technical and business teams on new systems and processes.
About you:
* Proven experience as a Business Analyst across multiple complex projects or workstreams.
* Strong decision-making skills with the ability to analyze and resolve complex problems confidently.
* Excellent understanding of creating and writing functional and technical specifications for systems.
* Exceptional analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
* Experience conducting interviews, meetings, and workshops with diverse stakeholders.
* Ability to lead, negotiate, influence, and drive change.
* Experience working on medium to large-scale assignments.
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
* Knowledge and experience of applying business analysis tools and techniques.
* Holding or working towards a BCS Business Analyst Diploma or Advanced Diploma.
