Sanderson are currently supporting a leading Utilities provider to identify a seasoned Business Change Manager to join one of the most significant programmes in the UK energy market - Market-wide Half-Hourly Settlements (MHHS).
What you'll do
* Support the delivery of MHHS across an established programme, coordinating change plans end-to-end.
* Lead and contribute to work streams covering customer communications, employee engagement, process mapping and migration readiness.
* Partner with Project Managers to ensure change activities are correctly scoped, sequenced, and embedded in operations for sustainable adoption.
* Collaborate closely with business SMEs and IT delivery in a cross-functional setup.
* Align change activities to deliver measurable benefits and hit key performance indicators.
Experience Required
1. Ability to translate complex market and business processes into clear, deliverable plans against an evolving roadmap.
2. Proven experience operating as a Business Change professional in medium-to-large organisations.
