Job Details
Salary: GBP 35,000 – GBP 50,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
Type: Permanent.
Location: Reading.
Key Attributes
* Degree, HND, HNC, or NVQ qualified in Electrical Engineering or similar.
* 2 years or more of industry experience in an Electrical Controls role.
* Confident programming control systems from scratch: e.g., Siemens TIA, Beckhoff TwinCAT.
* Hands‑on electrical engineering skills.
* Excellent proficiency with Microsoft Office.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Flexible to travel as needed.
* Full driving licence.
Responsibilities
* Programming PLC’s from scratch.
* Involved in the full project lifecycle.
* Taking solutions from concept to commissioning.
* Delivering projects on time and within budget.
* Ensuring company standards are always adhered to.
* Travelling to customer sites for commissioning activities.
* Creating required documentation.
* Providing remote technical support.
