Key Responsibilities
* Schedule Management – Ensure project activities are scheduled realistically, adjusted as needed, and monitor critical paths and dependencies to avoid delays.
* Performance Reporting – Monitor project progress and milestones, develop and report KPIs to stakeholders.
* Risk Management – Identify financial, scheduling, and resource‑related risks in collaboration with the project team.
* Financial Management and Cost Control – Budgeting, forecasting and cost monitoring.
* Tools and Systems Management – Manage and optimise the use of project management tools such as ERP, Primavera, and MS Project.
Skills, Knowledge and Experience
* Experience in Project Scheduling, Planning, Cost Control and Risk Management.
* Interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
* Proficiency in Project Management tools such as ERP, Primavera, and MS Project.
* A relevant qualification such as APM (PMQ, PPQ), PRINCE2, or PMP is beneficial.
* Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure environment.
* Willingness to travel as required.
