Senior Customer Experience Executive - Poole - Up to £30K
We're recruiting for a leading organisation seeking a confident, proactive Senior Customer Experience Executive to join their busy, frontline team.
If you enjoy working with people, taking ownership of customer issues, and delivering exceptional service, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage all customer communications and account activities
* Oversee contracts, renewals, and issue resolution
* Process orders, quotes, and maintain accurate records
* Support field engineers with scheduling and updates
* Mentor junior staff and drive service improvements
What You'll Need:
* 2+ years' frontline customer service experience
* Strong communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills
* Experience in contract or service coordination preferred
* Proficient in Microsoft Office; SAP B1 knowledge an advantage
