As a key contributor in our production process, you’ll be involved in: • Interpreting detailed engineering drawings and work instructions • Assembling and testing products throughout various stages of manufacturing • Supporting process improvement initiatives such as 5S, TPM, and quality clinics • Maintaining material traceability and meeting strict quality control standards You’ll receive comprehensive training—including opportunities for welding certification—and gain experience in a clean, organized, and safety-focused environment. Join us and take your career to the next level. Key Responsibilities: Read and interpret engineering drawings and assembly guidelines to complete tasks accurately. Assemble and test products at various stages of production. Collaborate with the production team to meet project goals and deadlines. Support continuous improvement initiatives such as ACE activities (5S, TPM, Turnbacks, and Clinics). Maintain traceability of materials and adhere to quality control standards. Pursue ongoing internal and external training, including welding certification requirements. Ensure the workspace remains clean, organized, and compliant with company standards. Adhere to all Environmental Health & Safety (EH&S) requirements. Education & Experience: NVQ, City & Guilds, or a similar vocational qualification in fabrication, mechanical, or engineering (relevant experience will also be considered). Demonstrated experience in hand fabrication and sheet metal work. Proven ability to work to high tolerance standards. Familiarity with precision tools such as Vernier callipers, digital calliper's, or measuring gauges. Experience in aerospace, motorsport, or similar industries is advantageous but not required. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. Required Security Clearance: This role may involve access to export-controlled information and hardware. An export license may be required to comply with applicable laws and regulations. Employment is contingent upon satisfactory security checks, export license approval, and, if required, the signing of a non-disclosure agreement.
