Role Responsibilities As a Business Manager Designate, you will be given the training, tools and knowledge to quickly progress to a management role. You'll work closely with existing Business Managers to familiarise yourself with the company, their products, processes and values. You will also complete a tailored training programme focusing on business operations and leadership.
