Lloyd Recruitment Services is looking for an experienced 2nd Line IT Support Engineer with strong skills in Microsoft 365 and cloud technologies. This is a client-facing role, so excellent communication and problem-solving abilities are essential. You'll be responsible for delivering 2nd line technical support, managing cloud-based infrastructure, and supporting various IT projects.
Please note: To be considered for this position, you must have hands-on experience troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues, particularly with escalated support tickets. A strong background in Microsoft 365 and Azure environments is essential.
Responsibilities include:
1. Handling 2nd line support requests escalated from 1st line
