Delivery Manager
Location: Glasgow (Hybrid – 3 days in office, 2 days remote)
About the Role
We are looking for a Delivery Manager to join a growing and dynamic delivery team, responsible for managing client projects and retained services. This role is key to ensuring work is delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard, while maintaining strong relationships with both internal teams and client stakeholders.
You will play a central role in coordinating delivery across multiple projects, supporting Agile ways of working, and ensuring teams are set up for success from the outset.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage the delivery of multiple client projects and retained services
* Oversee timelines, budgets, and quality to ensure successful outcomes
* Collaborate with internal teams and client stakeholders to define requirements and delivery approaches
* Produce and manage project documentation including user stories, acceptance criteria, and project plans
* Ensure effective use of tools such as JIRA and Confluence, maintaining accurate boards and reporting
* Support Agile delivery, including sprint planning, stand‑ups, and retrospectives
* Monitor progress against plans, identifying risks and issues and taking appropriate action
* Lead on scoping, cost estimation, and capacity planning
* Communicate project updates clearly to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders
Skills & Experience
* Experience in a Delivery Manager, Project Manager, or similar role
* Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and delivery practices
* Experience managing client‑facing projects and working with cross‑functional teams
* Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and reporting tools like eazyBI
* Ability to manage budgets, forecasting, and resource planning
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
* Ability to identify and manage risks and ensure successful project delivery
