This role is eligible for visa sponsorship under the UK Visas & Immigration (UKVI) Skilled Worker route however sponsorship can only be provided where applicants meet the specific requirements set by UKVI, including the relevant skill and salary thresholds (£25000), and any role-specific criteria.
Please note that this role is a secondment opportunity. Before applying you must seek agreement and authorisation from your current line manager. Secondments can’t be agreed without your current manager’s approval. Main duties of the job
Working closely with matrons to develop and maintain quality and safety within the ED
Managing and monitoring patient complaints, PALS concerns and safeguarding issues. Building a data base that identifies themes, helping to create SOP's and policies to improve practice.
Oversight of all relevant audits and standards, ensuring compliance in line with the trusts vision to achieve excellent care everywhere.

8. NMC Registration
9. Minimum 2 years Emergency care/acute experience
10. Worked within Emergency/acute care in the last 2 years
11. Minimum 2 years at Band 6 or above and/or management experience
Desirable criteria
12. Experience managing complaints/clinical governance
13. Evidence of recent CPD in areas relevant to role
14. Evidence of IT skills and capacity to interrogate data
