Main Duties for the Accounts Administrator: Processing weekly & monthly expenses on Xero Processing purchase invoices on Simpro Statement reconciliations and processing payments Dealing with purchase disputes Collating overtime hours for monthly payroll Processing holiday forms Processing sickness forms Processing uniform and PPE requests Person Specification for the Accounts Administrator: Strong communication skills Time management/organisation skills Friendly and helpful Team player with the ability to work on your own initiative IT literate including Excel Company Benefits: 20 days holidays, rising yearly to 25 days Pension enrolment scheme Private healthcare options available following probation period Social events with colleagues, friends, and family This Accounts Administrator role is a full-time permanent role offering career progression, a supportive team environment and study support.
