The Role
As a Construction Recruiter, you will manage a warm desk with active roles from day one, covering a range of construction positions across Essex and surrounding areas. This role offers a mix of delivery and relationship management, with the opportunity to grow your own desk over time.
Key responsibilities include:
* End-to-end recruiting across construction roles
* Proactive sourcing of trades, site, and professional construction candidates
* Managing client relationships and supporting ongoing hiring needs
* Delivering temporary placement, contract recruitment, and permanent placement solutions
* Coordinating interviews, offers, and placements
* Maintaining strong candidate and client relationships
About You
* Experience as a Construction Recruiter or within construction-focused recruitment
* Knowledge of local construction markets across Essex
* Comfortable managing multiple live roles and priorities
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills
* Motivated by results, earnings, and long-term progression
