Position Design Manager Location St Albans Pay Rate £400-a-day to £480-a-day Contract length 6mths -24mths depending on performance with potential to extend The Role After a series of project wins an exciting opportunity has arisen at one of UK’s largest main contractors. They are looking to recruit a Design Manager to join their fit out and refurbishment division. A highly successful company working on some of the UK’s most prestigious construction projects with an annual turnover more than £2bn and over 2000 employees nationwide. They cover a range of sectors including Retail, Education, Commercial, blue lights, custodial, Data centres and Distribution. The initial projects you would be working on are large refurbishments healthcare projects with the values between £5-£15m, experience working on refurbishment and Healthcare projects previously is essential.
