Head Chef - Restaurant, Exeter £39k + up to £7.5k tronc + bonus
This busy restaurant based in Central Exeter is looking for a Head Chef who is passionate about Asian food and flavours using authentic fresh ingredients.
What youll be doing:
* Leading and managing a team of chefs
* Responsible for the day to day running of the kitchen including H&S and compliance
* Managing xsngvjr stock, orders and wastage levels
* Hand
