Role: Artist Liaison Manager Reports Into: Director of Live Operations Location: London Contract Type: Fixed Term (August/September 2025 - April 2026), 42.5 hours per week Who we are: Broadwick Live is a multifaceted international company with headquarters in London who create, develop, own and operate a diverse portfolio of venues, spaces, events and experiences. What we’re looking for: We’re looking for a detail-oriented and people-first Artist Liaison Manager to lead the artist experience across the Drumsheds Music Series. You will own the artist journey from advance through to on-site delivery, ensuring seamless coordination and world-class hospitality across all touchpoints. This role sits at the intersection of operations, production, and music, requiring an experienced, highly organised individual with excellent communication skills, confidence in managing budgets, and an in-depth understanding of the nuances of live music events. You’ll lead the Artist Liaison team on show days and be a key contact for artists, agents, and internal teams. What you’ll be responsible for: Advance & Pre-Production Own and manage the artist advance process across all shows, including initial outreach, technical and hospitality riders, and itineraries. Liaise with internal departments (Operations, Production, Marketing, Partnerships, Finance) to integrate artist needs into wider event plans. Contribute to backstage layout planning and dressing room design. Coordinate artist accreditation requirements and passes. On-Site Artist Delivery Lead the Artist Liaison department on show days, managing all liaison staff, rotas, and accreditation processes. Oversee hospitality rider delivery, artist transport logistics, hotel bookings, guest lists, and on-site catering. Maintain artist-facing spaces to a professional and consistent standard throughout each event. Administration & Compliance Manage the Artist Liaison budget, raising purchase orders, processing payments, and tracking expenditure. Coordinate COS/Visa and immigration processes for international artists, working alongside legal and HR teams. Maintain accurate records of advance documents, guest lists, and artist-facing logistics. Communication & Reporting Attend and contribute to weekly event debriefs and internal meetings, capturing learnings and improvement areas. Produce post-show reports including feedback on artist satisfaction, operational wins, and recommendations for future shows. Additional Duties Act as the key point of contact for the Music Team on all artist-related matters. Perform any other duties as required to ensure the successful execution of the Drumsheds Music Series. You’ll need to have: Minimum 3 years' experience as an Artist Liaison Manager or similar within the live music or festival space. Demonstrable experience leading multi-artist advance processes and on-site artist management. Strong familiarity with electronic music and its ecosystem; experience in large-format venues or outdoor festivals is a plus. Confident managing budgets, issuing POs, and working with finance systems. Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills. Impeccable organisation and communication, with the ability to stay calm under pressure. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (especially Excel), guestlist tools, accreditation systems, and general event software. Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays in line with event schedules.
