The Education Network is currently working with a number of schools in Ashington and surrounding areas that require SEN (Special Educational Needs) Teaching Assistants to provide additional support to children's education. We are seeking experienced SEN Teaching Assistants to register with us. Whether you are looking for day-to-day, short-term, or long-term supply work, we can offer flexible working hours to fit your work or personal commitments, with full-time or part-time opportunities available.
Minimum requirements for SEN Teaching Assistant roles via The Education Network:
1. Recent experience working with children in a school, nursery, or childcare facility (within the last 2 years)
2. Caring and nurturing attitude towards children
3. Understanding of safeguarding procedures and child protection responsibilities
4. Flexible and friendly approach
5. Commitment to providing engaging and exciting learning opportunities
6. DBS on the update service or willingness to request one through us
