My client is an established organisation that works within the construction industry, based in St Neots. They are seeking a full time Office Manager that is experienced in finance duties to make sure that all of the office processes are maintained and that the financial aspect for the company keeps running without any concerns. Main Responsibilities: Invoicing Running the wages Chasing Payments Making Payments Answering the phones Bank reconcilliations Filing Skills: Microsoft Office Accounting softare experience (Xero/ Quickbooks etc) Salary & Working Hours: The salary will be up to £30K The hours of work will be 08.30 - 17.00 (depending on business you could finish early or later)
