Your work will directly influence how efficiently aftersales runs and contribute to the overall success of the business.TITLE : Aftersales Performance SpecialistSalary : up to £52,000 + BenefitsSector : AutomotiveLocation: West LondonLanguage : EnglishWork style: Office based roleDuties:Keep an eye on aftersales KPIs like customer satisfaction, warranty performance, service revenue, and parts sales.Collect, manage, and maintain operational data from regional and HQ teams.Build dashboards, prepare reports, and turn numbers into clear insights.Organise regular meetings, take notes, track action items, and follow up with the team.Support the management team with admin tasks, internal reports, and presentation materials.Identify process bottlenecks and help implement improvements to make things run smoother.Recruitment:3+ years of experience in aftersales, operations, data analysis, or business admin.Strong analytical skills, organised, and comfortable juggling multiple tasks.Skilled with Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualisation tools (Power BI a plus).Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to thrive under pressure.Team player with a strong sense of responsibility.Excellent communication skills (Mandarin is a bonus!).
