Location: Static site - North London. Contract: Permanent role. Responsibilities As a Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer, you'll be working within the Maintenance team, supporting them in planned and reactive maintenance across the site. Your day to day will include: Fabric, Electrical and Mechanical maintenance across a static site. HVAC / Air con maintenance General maintenance and repairs All aspects of PPM and reactive maintenance What are we looking for? This role of Maintenance Engineer is great for you if: You have worked across multiple aspects of maintenance - Electrical, Mechanical and Fabric General reactive and planned maintenance experience within a target driven setting- working to KPI's and contract turnarounds. Have previous experience within Legionella testing, flushing & fixing, assisting with HVAC/Air Con maintenance, plant equipment maintenance.
