Role Overview
We are looking for a highly motivated L&D Events Programme Coordinator based in the Bath/Bristol/Swindon area, passionate about event management, to join our friendly and dynamic team at Fieri Leadership on an initial 12-month fixed-term contract.
Our Programme Coordinators play a key role in supporting the event management and delivery of high-quality, international leadership development programmes. Working closely with Programme Managers, Client Directors, and Team Leads, the role focuses on two key areas:
1. Event / Programme Management – Assist in the coordination and preparation of leadership development events and programmes, including logistics, materials, learner communications, system updates, and on-site delivery to ensure smooth, safe, and professional events.
2. Client and Account Management Support – Provide professional communication with clients and learners, maintain accurate records, prepare event information, and assist with post-event feedback and reporting.
This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, proactive, and eager to develop skills in event coordination and learning & development.
This is a hybrid role. Initially, you will spend 2–3 days a week working face-to-face with the Programme Manager in a local co-working space in Bath, Bristol, or Swindon. Over time, greater flexibility to work from home will be available while still utilizing the co-working space as needed.
Key Responsibilities include:
* Supporting the Programme Manager in delivering workshops, coaching, residentials, and experiential events.
* Handling planning tasks such as booking venues, arranging travel and accommodation, and coordinating logistics.
* Managing event details in the Fieri Management System for accurate tracking.
* Liaising with the Business Support Hub for health & safety documentation and risk assessments.
* Preparing learner materials like workbooks, badges, instructions, and kits.
* Coordinating with Fieri associates and coaches for availability and logistics.
* Attending events to assist with setup, equipment, and learner support.
* Collecting and collating feedback and data for reporting.
Client and Account Management Support includes:
* Maintaining professional communication with clients and learners.
* Responding to queries and providing timely information.
* Supporting documentation, schedules, and briefing packs.
* Keeping records up-to-date across systems.
* Preparing logistics and confirmation communications.
* Ensuring accuracy in client accounts and delivery pipelines.
Skills and Experience
* Experience in administrative, coordination, or client support roles.
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital tools.
* Flexible, proactive attitude with a willingness to support various tasks.
* Multi-tasking and problem-solving abilities.
* Interest in learning & development or event coordination.
Desirable Interests and Development Areas
* Experience in learning, events, or training environments.
* Salary: £25,000 - £27,000 depending on experience.
* Holidays: 36 days including Bank Holidays.
