Your Role
* Plan and lead engaging Forest School sessions, encouraging outdoor exploration and learning
* Support children through hands‑on, nature-based activities that promote curiosity and independence
* Create opportunities for risk‑taking, problem‑solving, and imaginative play in a safe environment
* Track and reflect on children’s development, supporting key milestones
* Build strong relationships with parents and carers, sharing children’s progress and experiences
* Ensure high standards of safeguarding, child welfare, and health & safety at all times
* Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain a positive and inclusive environment
* Bring energy, creativity, and a passion for outdoor learning into everyday practice
What We’re Looking For
* Level 3 Forest School Leader qualification and Full & Relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification (essential)
* Experience working with children (e.g. Nursery Practitioner, Forest School Assistant or similar)
* Strong understanding of child development and individual learning needs
* Passion for outdoor and nature-based learning
* Knowledge of Ofsted standards, safeguarding, and early years legislation
* Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills
* Adaptable, proactive, and enthusiastic approach

All roles are subject to an Enhanced DBS check and Paediatric First Aid certification.
