Who are Aquabion?
Aquabion produces German-engineered, eco-friendly water treatment systems designed to prevent limescale buildup without using salt or chemicals. They provide "fit and forget" zinc-anode technology for residential and commercial properties, serving as an alternative to traditional, salt-based water softeners.

Job Overview:
We are looking to expand our Domestic team and recruit an experienced Area Sales Manager to cover AL, CB, CM, CO, E, EN, IG, IP, N, NR, RM, SG, SS.

Aquabion UK Limited is a growing business with market leading products in the water conditioning arena.

This is an important role for Aquabion, and the applicant should be experienced in Plumbing Merchant sales, and have a history of promoting technical products.

The successful candidate must already be on patch, have in depth knowledge of plumbing products, a history in water treatment and / or conditioning would be of benefit.

Sales Representative Job Responsibilities:

• Serves Aquabion's customers by selling the right products and meeting customer
needs.

• Service existing accounts, obtains orders, and establish new accounts by planning
and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential plumbers
merchants, installers and other sources of sales.

• Adjusts content of sales presentations as required to merchants, installers,
bathroom showrooms or other potential sales locations / people.

• Focus sales efforts by studying existing and potential volume of sales to our
merchant base and planing your weeks accordingly.

• Ensure that merchants have adequate point of sale documentation.

• Carry out a minimum of two trade mornings per week. These should be booked for
a number of weeks in advance.

• Keep well organised by submitting activity and results onto ZOHO.

• Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing,
products, new products, delivery schedules, and merchandising techniques.

• Recommends changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and
competitive developments.

• Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, and
always following the Aquabion complaints procedure.

• Maintains a good professional and technical knowledge in the plumbing industry.

• Look presentable in smart business casual. No light coloured jeans. Leather shoes.

• Contributes to team effort by sharing experiences.

• Feeds back any health and safety concerns

Work and Benefits

• Hours of work - 40

• Annual Leave - 23 days per year excluding bank holidays. 1 extra day after 3 years
service, and an additional day after 5 years service. No annual leave can be carried
over into the next calendar year.

plan

• Pension Scheme - Aquabion contributes towards the NEST Pension scheme.

• Bonus Scheme - Bonus is calculated based on an increase in territories
performance compared to the previous calendar year.
