About the role
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our People Team as a Recruitment Business Partner (RBP). You will support our Omni Channel function, playing a pivotal role in shaping and delivering our recruitment strategy across our Customer Service Teams. We are looking for an experienced RBP with high volume recruitment experience to work closely with stakeholders to achieve our goal of creating a culture to deliver positive client outcomes and a true omni channel client experience. Reporting to the Head of Corporate Recruitment & Resourcing, you'll be part of a talented and experienced recruitment function within our People Team. You will work closely with the wider People team and broader business to support our recruitment requirements and strategy.
What you'll be doing
* Manage the recruitment strategy that sits across the omni-channel function to ensure we have the right tools in place to attract, source and hire the best talent.
* Work in partnership with key stakeholders, create and deliver recruitment solutions to ensure that we have a long-term view on talent attraction.
* Work closely with the Omni Team to ensure you are on top of resource planning, training requirements and skill challenges to be continuously looking at ways to drive improvements.
* Working closely with our recruitment and resourcing teams, you'll be responsible for overseeing the attraction, sourcing and use of effective selection methods to ensure a professional, consistent and inclusive recruitment experience.
* You'll work in a matrix structure with the HR Business partner and HR Advisor for your area ensuring that talent attraction and retention is high on the people agenda, identifying opportunities to continuously improve the recruitment journey.
* Work collaboratively and build sustainable relationships across the business, people team and with recruitment partners.
* Create networking opportunities and ensure a presence in the external market positively promoting HL as an employer of choice.
About You
* Extensive knowledge and experience of in-house recruitment in high-volume recruitment within Customer Service
* Confident in producing and analysing data to help inform your recruitment strategy (e.g attrition, exit interviews, conversion ratios, return on investment)
* Passionate about finding the best solutions to bring in the best talent from the broadest pool
* Able to keep abreast of the latest trends and developments in talent acquisition.
* Action-orientated, keen to make a difference and a great relationship builder.
* Credible and experienced professional, able to communicate and engage senior leaders and senior technical experts
Working Schedule
The role is based in our Bristol head office, BS1 5HL. This role is permanent, full time, 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday. We have returned to the office, however for this role we offer a hybrid flexible working pattern.
