Shifts
Flexible – Able to work either a morning or an afternoon shift 06.00am – 2.00pm / 2.00pm – 10.00pm
£13.50ph - £14.00ph
Responsibilities
Operate heat press machines to produce high-quality designs on garments and textiles.
Supervise the team within that department.
Prepare fabrics and materials for embroidery and heat-seal by ensuring they are clean, properly hooped, and aligned.
Review design specifications and make necessary adjustments to ensure accuracy and quality.
Maintain and troubleshoot embroidery machines to ensure optimal performance.
Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines while maintaining quality standards.
Keep the work area organised and clean, adhering to safety protocols.
Assist in inventory management of threads, fabrics, and other supplies as needed.
Requirements
Proven experience in a similar role is required.
Familiarity with warehouse operations is advantageous.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to work with precision.
Ability to operate machinery safely and effectively.
Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks efficiently.
A creative mindset with an understanding of design principles related to embroidery.
Willingness to learn new techniques and adapt to changing production needs.
