Following the promotion of the current Hospital Director to a larger site, we seek to appoint to this enviable role within the Group. You will join a solid site senior management team, committed local workforce and sound relationships with our consultants and local NHS partners. Key aspects of your role include:
* Leading on local Hospital and group wide specific change, transformation and site business improvement projects, with substantial investment planned for 2024 and 2025.
* Leading all hospital related capacity management and reporting at the hospital, ensuring maximised efficiency, growth opportunities and business objectives are exceeded.
* Driving commercial growth including developing and capitalising on business and new partnership arrangements to maximise on local opportunities.
* In conjunction with your team, build and lead a world class, high performing hospital teams, who are committed to and engaged in the Spire vision.
Interested?
To be successful in this role you will need to be a natural leader, effective team player and strong influencer able to build momentum that delivers continuous professional & service improvement, whilst operating successfully within a complex, matrix and multi-stakeholder environment.
Ideally, you will offer previous experience in a similar role within the healthcare provider sector. You may already be familiar with the role of registered manager in the private healthcare provider sector, or, have operated at board level within the NHS. Your reputation for transparent and engaging leadership, focus on excellence in customer service and business acumen sets you apart from your peer group.
