Key Responsibilities: * Provide input for PQQs and tender submissions, including construction methods, engineering and programming. * Lead the project team to ensure compliance with company policies and sustainability strategies. * Oversee health, safety, welfare, and environmental compliance across diverse project types. * Identify issues proactively, maintain confidentiality, and represent the business's best interests. * Support and mentor reporting staff, ensuring their professional development and adherence to job roles.
