We are seeking a committed and enthusiastic Teaching and Learning Practitioner to join our supportive team. The Role Under the direction of a qualified teacher, you will: Deliver planned learning activities to individuals, small groups and whole classes Provide short-term cover supervision and PPA cover as required Support pupils’ academic progress, recording and reporting on attainment and development Adapt learning activities to meet the needs of all pupils, including those with SEND, EAL, and those who are gifted and talented Promote pupils’ social, emotional and pastoral well-being Assist with the development and implementation of individual support plans Support behaviour, inclusion and engagement in learning Contribute to displays, learning resources and classroom organisation Liaise effectively with staff, parents/carers and external agencies You may also support pupils with additional needs, invigilate exams, and assist with personal care where required, always encouraging independence. Qualifications and Experience: Experience: A minimum of one-year experience working with children, preferably within an educational setting. Qualifications: Relevant qualifications for Teaching and Learning Practitioners - NVQ Level 3 or equivalent plus additional experience working as at HLTA standards.
