Your Role:
As a Trainee Dental Nurse, you will play a key role in supporting our skilled dentists, hygienists, and therapists to deliver high-quality care. Youll gain hands-on experience in a rewarding clinical setting while developing essential dental skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and maintain a clean, well-equipped clinical environment
Carry out infection prevention and control procedures
Accurately record dental charting and oral tissue assessments
Maintain detailed, up-to-date patient records
Prepare patients and equipment for dental radiography and process radiographs
Support and reassure patients during treatment
Provide oral health advice
Assist in emergency situations to ensure patient safety
Candidate Requirements:
Right to work in the UK (valid visa and National Insurance number)
At least the first dose of the Hepatitis B vaccine
Enrolled in, or planning to enrol on, an approved dental nursing course
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication skills with a professional, friendly approach
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
High infection control standards
Reliable, punctual, and committed
