ROLE: Team Leader - Recycling
HOURS: 4 on 4 off, Rotational, Days and Nights, 0700-1900, 1900-0700
SALARY: £17.82 per hour

We are currently recruiting for a Team Leader working at our Recycling site in Ilkeston.
WHAT OUR TEAM LEADERS DO:
1. Support recycling management to implement and execute business improvement plans
2. Support Shift Mangers and the wider team to deliver shift performance targets
3. Responsible for highlighting and implementing performance improvements
4. Help develop a motivated team
5. Ensure key safety activities (risk assessments, safe working practice etc) are carried out
6. Actively seek out and address Health Safety & Environmental issues
7. Ensure production targets are achieved
8. Captured and log shift performance data
9. Ensure all finished and semi-finished goods are in accordance with the works order and quality guidelines
10. Monitoring equipment condition and performance
11. Attend daily production...
