We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate GP to join our dynamic practice. You will have the opportunity to work across sites in both a modern, state-of-the-art health centre (High Oak Surgery) and a more traditional setting (Chapel Street Surgery) as part of an NHS Trust. This diverse role offers the chance to provide high-quality primary care to a wide range of patients with the opportunity to gain invaluable experience to promote career development.
We are looking to appoint 2 GPs to come and work with us, the sessions will be fixed as per the below:
1. 1 GP: Monday PM and Friday AM and PM ( 3 Sessions)
2. 1 GP: Friday AM and PM (2 Sessions)
Main duties of the job
3. Conducting patient consultations (face-to-face, telephone)
4. Diagnosing and treating a range of medical conditions
5. Prescribing medications
6. Providing health education and advice for patients
7. Managing chronic diseases
8. Participating in clinical audits and quality improvement initiatives
9. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records
10. Adhering to clinical guidelines and best practice
11. Participating in Continuing Professional Development (CPD)
12. Contributing to the development and implementation of practice policies
13. Supporting the training and development of other healthcare professionals
