The Breast Screening Unit is looking for friendly, energetic, committed and flexible person to join our team in this part time post. We have a purpose built unit in which we strive to give our patients a first class service.
Your duties will be to support the clinical aspect of our service, assisting the clinicians and chaperoning in our busy breast clinics. The unit provides an efficient and effective service, with imaging facilities to support the breast symptomatic service and breast screening service. There will be some clerical duties including working on the reception.
Main duties of the job
You will need to be confident in using several computer systems, well organised, methodical and possess excellent interpersonal skills. This is a demanding but rewarding role and would ideally suit someone who has worked previously on a ward or in a clinical environment.
Full training will be given.

Educations, Qualifications & Training
Essential criteria
10. Education to ‘O’ Level/GCSE standard to include English Language.
11. NVQ Level 2 in healthcare or imaging and/or equivalent experience
