The Systems Administrator is responsible for the maintenance and deployment for the overall infrastructure support systems and services, coordinating environment changes as needed by multiple Business-Critical application systems implementation projects.

• Coordinates term requirements of systems operations and administration are included in the overall information systems planning of the organization
• Leads the installation, maintenance, configuration and integrity of computer software
• Leads the implementing the operating system enhancements that will improve the reliability and performance of the system
Experience / Qualifications
• A university degree required (i.e. Bachelors degree) or equivalent relevant work experience.

The IT Salesforce System Admin will work closely with business stakeholders to understand current business processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and drive the execution of enhancements. to manage and optimize our Salesforce platform. This role will be responsible for the day-to-day configuration, maintenance, and support of our Salesforce org, ensuring it meets the evolving needs of the business. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, Customer Support, and IT to maintain system integrity, improve user experience, and support business processes

2. Serve as the primary system administrator for the Salesforce platform and related applications (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, etc.)
3. Manage user setup, profiles, roles, permissions, and security settings
4. Create and maintain custom objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, reports, and dashboards
5. Handle routine platform maintenance, including data integrity, deduplication, and sandbox refreshes
6. Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, user inquiries, and integration problems
7. Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and implement scalable solutions
8. Manage Salesforce integrations with third-party applications (e.g., marketing tools, ERP systems)
9. Assist in training users and developing documentation for processes and best practices
10. Support the implementation of new Salesforce features and releases, including testing and deployment
11. Participate in system implementations, including the migration of legacy systems into Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) and other enterprise applications as we look to simplify our technology stack and sunset legacy systems and solutions.
12. Assist in business process redesign and documentation for new and existing technology solutions.
13. Conduct prototypes, configuration setup, and transaction/control table management.
Preferred Experience / Qualifications
14. 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator
15. Any relevant certifications in Salesforce, Business Analysis (CBAP), Project Management (PMP, PMI-ACP), or ITIL.
16. Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Service Cloud and/or Pardot
17. Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and platform capabilities
18. Proficiency in process automation (e.g Flows)
19. Strong business analysis and process improvement experience, preferably within infrastructure, applications, and data management environments.
20. Proven ability to work across multiple domains
21. Technical understanding of IT systems and ability to translate business needs into IT solutions.
22. Experience supporting Master Data Management (MDM) efforts and ensuring proper governance.
23. Experience with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches).
24. Light scripting/programming capabilities (e.g., SQL, Python, PowerShell) for automation and analysis purposes.
