Purpose of the Role:
Provide proactive and professional Legal PA support to the group, delivering services in a manner consistent with the Firm’s competitive environment. The role embraces teamwork, collaborating with lawyers and Business Operations to meet the needs of the business. Support may be provided to staff from multiple business units, and the group’s structure may change over time.
Candidate Overview:
We are seeking candidates with the following skills and experience:
* Previous experience as a Legal PA
* Experience in a law firm is advantageous
* Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external clients
* Contributing to client service initiatives, including attending events and seminars
* Developing sector understanding to support client service
* Regular liaison with lawyers to prioritize workload
* Diary management for lawyers, including scheduling and arranging travel and meetings
* Proactive diary monitoring and management of supporting paperwork
* Arranging UK and international travel and accommodation
* Handling incoming calls, messages, emails, and post efficiently
* Utilizing transcription and document production services effectively
* Managing document production and coordination
* Drafting correspondence and producing various documents and memos
