Overview
We are seeking an experienced Repairs & Voids Operations Manager to lead the delivery of responsive repairs and void refurbishment works across social housing stock in Slough and Wokingham. You will be responsible for operational performance, financial control, compliance, and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee day-to-day delivery of repairs and voids.
* Manage Supervisors, operatives and subcontractors.
* Ensure KPI, SLA and budget targets are achieved.
* Monitor productivity, WIP and cost control.
* Lead on Health & Safety compliance and quality standards.
* Attend client meetings and manage stakeholder relationships.
* Drive resident satisfaction and continuous improvement.
Requirements
* Proven experience managing social housing repairs and voids.
* Strong leadership and operational management background.
* Commercial awareness and experience managing budgets.
* Knowledge of housing KPIs and Schedule of Rates (SOR).
* Full UK Driving Licence.
