Your Role As Team Leader, you’ll work closely with the Service Manager to oversee the day-to-day running of the service, ensuring high standards of care and compliance with regulatory requirements. You’ll supervise and support a dedicated team of Support Workers, helping them deliver person-centred care that promotes independence and wellbeing.
