About the Role:
* Support pupils in the classroom, helping them stay engaged and reach their learning goals.
* Work alongside experienced teachers and support staff who will help you develop your classroom skills.
* Provide 1:1 or small group support to pupils who may need extra encouragement or guidance.
* Build positive relationships with children and become a valued part of the school community.
* Help create a fun, inclusive and supportive learning environment for all pupils.
Ideal Candidate:
* A caring and patient individual who enjoys working with children.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* A proactive attitude and willingness to learn new skills.
* Previous experience with children (in schools, youth work, coaching, or childcare) is beneficial but not essential.
* Must have (or be willing to apply for) an enhanced DBS check.
