Assistant Quantity Surveyor Sector: Social Housing – Planned & Reactive Maintenance Role Overview Support the commercial management of social housing maintenance works, operating within schedule of rates contracts. The role involves cost control, valuations, variations and subcontractor support across high-volume works.
