Job Description
3. Process financial transactions, including invoices, receipts, and payments.
4. Assist in the preparation of financial reports and statements.
5. Maintain accurate and organised financial records.
6. Reconcile bank statements and ensure alignment with internal records.
7. Support the Accounting & Finance team with month-end and year-end processes.
8. Handle accounts payable and receivable tasks efficiently.
9. Collaborate with team members to ensure compliance with financial regulations.
10. Respond to finance-related queries from internal and external stakeholders.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Finance Assistant should have:
