Responsibilities
* Manage, lead, and train dedicated frontline teams, promoting quality goods and elevating service excellence.
* Handle guest feedback promptly and appropriately.
* Deliver informative and engaging briefs to all team members within your service area before each event.
* Ensure the operation complies with current health and safety, food hygiene, fire regulations, licensing laws, and trading standards, maintaining Delaware North’s policies and standards of excellence.
Qualifications
* Experience managing and leading large hospitality teams within hospitality or events.
* Knowledge of the food & beverage industry, preferably within a hospitality and catering environment.
