Location: Doncaster, South Yorkshire DN3
Salary: £42,000 - £46,000 per annum, plus bonus
Shifts: Full-time | Monday to Friday

About This Role
The role of Operations Manager is diverse, fast-paced and plays a crucial role in the operation's success. You will manage a team of dedicated Office Consultants and Clinical Nurse Specialists, working together to implement personalised care packages for our clients. You will be based at your local Apollo office in Doncaster, with occasional travel to clients' homes and other offices.
In This Role, You'll:
* Manage escalation of accidents, incidents, and complaints
* Recruit and retain care staff for complex care packages
* Establish and maintain operational procedures to ensure high-quality service
* Meet budget goals and manage office costs
* Ensure safe service delivery in line with CQC regulations and company policies
* Supervise the safe introduction of new complex packages
* Participate in service assessment meetings
* Transition to Registered Manager after a successful probation
What You’ll Need
* Full UK Driving Licence with access to a vehicle
* Strong planning, rota management, and problem-solving skills
* Experience managing care packages in a fast-paced setting
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
* Ability to work under pressure and adapt quickly
