Key Responsibilities:

* Managing legal files and documents
* Providing outstanding client care and communication
* Preparing legal correspondence and documents
* Diary and appointment management
* Handling administrative and secretarial tasks

What We’re Looking For:

* Previous Legal Secretary experience essential, ideally in Private Client law
* Strong organisational and time-management skills
* Excellent communication and client service abilities
* Proficiency in MS Office and audio dictation
* Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines
